1. Product Condition & Descriptions

At Aussie Heritage Treasures, we take great care to describe all items accurately and honestly.
All product descriptions, including condition assessments, are provided based on our best personal judgment and experience with collectible items.

Because grading and condition assessments can be subjective, we cannot guarantee that every buyer will interpret condition in the same way.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Condition descriptions reflect our genuine opinion at the time of listing
  • Minor variations or differences in interpretation may occur
  • We cannot be held responsible for disagreements relating to subjective condition assessments

We always encourage buyers to review all photos carefully before purchasing, and we are happy to provide additional information or images upon request.

2. Packaging & Presentation

Where applicable, we will note if original packaging is included and whether it shows wear.
Items listed as brand new refer to the item itself (coin, medallion, banknote, etc.).
Packaging condition may vary and will be disclosed wherever possible.

3. Authenticity

All items sold by Aussie Heritage Treasures are sourced responsibly, and to the best of our knowledge, are authentic.
If any collectible is accompanied by certificates, COAs, or official documentation, this will be stated in the listing.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly different from the description provided.
Returns based on personal grading preferences or subjective condition differences cannot be accepted.

If you believe an item has arrived damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

5. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is listed in AUD.
Items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
